Do I need a User Account? What are the benefits of a User Account?
Strictly speaking you do not need a user account. However there are many benefits to registering with TOSOTS.

I purchased a crystal but didn’t save its page. How do I find the information?
There are actually a two ways to retrieve the descriptions of the crystals you have bought.
1. Registered TOSOTS users can view their full purchase details, including item pages, in the My Orders section of their account. Must be signed in at time of purchase.
2. If you made a purchase without registering, have your items details handy and use the advanced search options. Just select SOLD from the availability box and type in your information.
What is My Favorites?
My Favorites allows you to save crystals in one location for easy access on future visits. Register at TOSOTS to gain access to this feature.
What is the Slide Show?
The slide show is a cool feature that enables you to have an uninterrupted view of just the photographs of an item. It brings up a box, graying out the background so you can focus on just the crystal. This is an excellent feature to help connect to the energies of the piece! You can navigate backwards and forwards through the pictures, or press play to have the images automatically change.
What does Fairy Kisses, Dragon Fire etc mean?
We've been teased more than once about acting like Dragons protecting our hoards of treasure. So we adapted that visual into the whimsical names of our sections which are mostly divided into price point.

How do I use the Search & Advanced Search?
The site has new search capabilities enabling you to find your perfect stone in many ways. A general search from the Blue Box will find keywords in the title of a crystal such as Amethyst, cluster, etc.
Advanced Search
Clicking on Advanced search opens up more options to refine your search. If you are looking for an amethyst cluster, you can type “amethyst” in the search box, and choose “cluster” from the formation.
If you are looking for all crystals with “record keepers” you can choose “record keepers” from the feature drop down. If you want citrine with record keepers additional type “citrine” in the Search For box.
Advanced Search Options & Examples

Can I still access item you have sold in the past?
Absolutely. Using the advanced search option, choose SOLD from the Availability box using any keywords or drop down boxes to refine your search. Please note that SOLD items from our old site format are no longer available.
What are the yellow links on the item pages for?
You can now search for pieces with similar attributes as the item whose page you are viewing. In the green box, below the piece's dimensions, are various yellow links. Use these links to search for pieces of the same stone type, from the same locale, the same specific mine, or for the same chakra.
Store Location
As home-based internet business we have no dedicated showroom. However we do have hundreds of items online for purchase. If you are interested in a private consultation to view our inventory in person, please contact us and we make arrangements. Please note there is a $100 minimum purchase.
Shipping Terms
Shipping is now quoted in real time based on weight with a small handling fee added to cover third party insurance and shipping supplies.
All orders $50 receive free standard shipping, International orders receive free shipping on orders $300 and over.
We are excessive in our packaging to ensure that your crystal arrives at your door the way it left our care. We are proud to have a 99% safe arrival rate for the thousands of packages we have sent out!
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via Airmail or International Priority Mail. You will have this option on checkout. If you wish to have tracking information, please select International Priority Mail. Delivery times depend on customs, but orders generally arrive 7-10 days after shipment. Please note for all international packages, we cannot investigate a missing package or make a claim until 35 days have passed.
We are not responsible for any duties or taxes.
International customers may request the package be sent uninsured with the contents labeled "Geologic samples for scientific study. No commercial value". This must be requested at time of order. We will not be held responsible for shipments sent in this manner. You will assume all risk for loss or damage for order sent in this manner. We are also not responsible if customs decides to tax you.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an automated email receipt of your order from the shopping cart system. If you do not receive an order confirmation please check your spam filter settings to make sure you accept email from marjenn@tosots.com and orders@tosots.com . Often spam filters will block unrecognized emails. Depending on your payment option, you may also receive an email when your payment has been accepted.
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. If you need your order sooner than this, please let us know and choose overnight shipping and we will process your order within 24-36 hours. Thank you for your patience.
Rush shipping is available.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and e-checks).
If you wish to mail payment, please email us before placing order. Mailed payments are expected within 10 days of invoice. Please allow 7-10 days for check to clear. Buyers are responsible for ALL Return Check Fees.
Some international purchases may be required to pay by wire transfer or international money order drawn on a US bank. Please contact us for details.
We reserve the right to cancel any order or restrict payment options for non-payment history.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within Florida. Current tax rate is 6%. This is subject to change without notice in accordance to the laws and tax rates of Collier County.
Pictures on the site
We make every effort to accurately photograph each crystal. And yep, that's Mary's hand in all the photos! ;-) You may have noticed the number of photographs per piece on our site is quite high, with an average of 5 per piece. As you look at the pictures, imagine you are holding the crystal and turning it in your hand. We include many pictures of the crystal to give you multiple views of each crystal so that you know what you are purchasing. View the slideshow to have an uninterrupted view of all of the pictures!
We are in Florida where natural sunlight means intense heat, so crystals are photographed indoors under white studio lights. Although this sometimes causes slight color variations due to the quality of the light, nonetheless we feel this gives an accurate representation of the crystal.
Please note that variations on monitor settings may affect how the photos appear.
Mary currently uses a Canon G6 and Rebel T1i to produce the photographs on the site.
Return Policy & Damages
Due to the circumstances of our closing we are no longer offering cash returns. If you feel you need to return an item, please contact us within three days of receipt. You will be able to return items at your own cost for store credit only. Thank you for your understanding.
Unauthorized returns will be returned unopened to the sender.
We have a relatively low damage rate on shipments. However in the off chance that there are damages, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we may begin the claims process with our insurance company. Please keep all packing materials as the box and contents may need to be inspected. We will also need photographs of the damaged items.
Layaway
We offer a 90 day layaway plan with a credit card payment for orders $200 and over. We require a 25% deposit with equal installments which we charge at 30 day intervals. You may call or email to make advance payments. However if we do not hear from you, we will charge your card on the specified due dates.
We also offer a 30-day layaway for orders under $200. Initial deposit of 50%, with balance due in 30 days.
Orders are shipped after the final installment. Layaways are not eligible for discounts or other special offers. Termination of a layaway is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Non-payment, late payment, and non-communication are grounds for termination at our discretion. If you are having problems making payment for your order, please contact us as soon as possible! Please respect the stones and us by keeping the lines of communication open and making payment within the allotted time frame.

Do you Wholesale?
We do not offer wholesale services at this time.
Special Requests
Feel free to drop us a line if you are looking for something for a particular mineral or crystal type. If you've missed out on a certain stone, chances are we have something similar just waiting to be listed on the site. If it is something we do not carry, feel free to ask, we may be able to get it in for you.
We also take special requests if you are looking for a special crystal. Please bear in mind that the more specific you are, the more you are limiting yourself and the universe to provide what you need. We can't take orders for what Mother Nature supplies. Please keep in mind that sometimes a mineral and/or configuration combination are not possible and the more specific you are the less likely we’ll be able to help (be open to what the universe has to offer). If you are looking for an Isis crystal, we can help. However you will be disappointed if you are looking for an Isis crystal with record keepers, carbon and chlorite inclusions. (Chlorite and carbon usually do not exist in the same crystal) Please note that special requests can take 6 months or more and may require a deposit.
Readings on the site
While we endeavor to give individual attention to all of the crystals on the site, it is physically (and energetically) impossible to give a reading on every crystal. Readings will vary from a general reading that includes a group energies to a full reading.
