Technically this pair of crystals are not twins, as you can clearly see the defining lines of each crystal all the way to the base. Their formations, like their energy is melded into one. The interior his bright and light with nice clarity throughout. The surface glistens in the light highlighting their features. The terminations have a light green phantom near the surface and this same dusting can be found in the several bridge crystals that are also present. The faces have very light etchings, however the formations on the base shimmer with many winking faces from the self-healing that has occurred here. There are some minor bruises, but this does not diminish their presence in the least.


This duo has an refined presence, very regal, and may feel somewhat distant at first. But once you get to know them they open their hearts like a flower and you will see the warmth and companionship that is a the root of their being. They are powerful healers, helping you see deep within. They wrap you in their love as you traverse all parts of you, even the darkest areas that you have kept locked away. They help you bring this darkness into the light, diminishing its hold on you, in turn bringing you closer to the light. They help you purge patterns that do not serve in your highest good; anger, grief, jealousy to name a few. They remind you that these feelings are not wrong, as all feelings are valid, but holding on to them serves you no purpose.

When we say high altitude Himalayan Quartz we aren’t kidding, these crystals are mined by hand at an extraordinary 23,000 ft! Most high-altitude quartz is mined around 10,000 - 16,000 ft. Our crystals are from the Ganesh Himal whose peaks lie mainly on the Nepalese side of the border, however some peaks lie on the borders with Tibet. It’s only a man-defined border that defines these as Himalayan crystals instead of Tibetan crystals. We have a beautiful array of these crystals including citrine, forest green chlorite phantoms, hematite inclusions and much more. You’ll see them referred to as either Himalayan crystals or Nepalese crystals in our listings. There is truly a profound difference in the vibration of the energy of these crystals. It is very high and pure, yet still deeply connected to the resonances of the earth. You can feel both aspects of the divine energy as well as the earth energy; it’s such an amazing experience. These crystals have been honored from before they were mined. The miners hand harvest the crystals with deep respect to the mountain and the crystals. These miners adopt the village they are mining near, making sure that young and old alike are fed and clothed, as well as providing education. These crystals are on the expensive side, but considering the care and reverence to the earth and the crystals, as well as the altitude and distance they have traveled, they are truly a rare treasure.

A crystal that has a smaller crystal(s) that either penetrates and/or is lodged partially into the crystal with the other part protruding from the crystal is called a Bridge crystal. It is believed this crystal is quite beneficial when a person is striving to work with various aspects of spirituality or to heal childhood issues blocking growth. Additionally, these crystals are their best when the person is working on advanced metaphysical areas, and are attempting to share this knowledge with others seeking a spiritual path. A crystal is considered self healed when a partial piece of crystal or a complete crystal has sustained damage, yet continues to grow afterwards. Self-healing comes in many guises, usually where a crystal has been severed from its original growing condition, but can also occur where crystals have been bumped and bruised too. A self-healed crystal can be identified by the intricate etchings and/or multiple faces which emerge from the damaged areas. These crystals aid in any type of self-healing—physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. Self-Healed crystals are highly compassionate with exceptional support for those working to overcome strong emotional issues or traumas. A crystal that has pyramidal or triangular shaped symbols that are either engraved into or are raised on one or more of a crystal faces is called a Record Keeper (RK) or Recorder. These symbols are not easily seen and usually need to be searched out by looking at the crystal in a bright light while closely examining the faces. It is believed that the Record Keeper is one of the most sacred crystals because it holds the wisdom and knowledge of the universe. When a person is properly attuned to a Record Keeper, this knowledge is readily made available. This knowledge is ancient knowledge and contains profound secrets and esoteric knowledge of the whole of the Higher Consciousness. It takes an open mind and a pure heart to access this knowledge.

The term chlorite actually encompasses a wide variety of minerals, which interestingly does not usually include chlorine as you might think. It is in the silicate family and is associated with clay. It is known for its beautiful formations within crystals, usually as phantoms and often bright green in color. Chlorite can appear red, yellow, white, lavender and black. Sometimes it forms in small crystals and give the appearance of moss within a crystal. Chlorite inclusions give crystals a has strong anti cancer properties. It is a very good crystal for physical regeneration as it helps us absorb and use the nutrients we take in. Chlorite enables our body to receive and use more efficiently the energy of the quartz while quartz itself amplifies the energy of the chlorite. Chlorite included quartz helps you to work through emotional issues and to discard thought of self-judgment and harsh self- criticism.

Clear quartz is made up of silicon dioxide, the most abundant mineral on the planet. No wonder it is the most common tool in the mineral kingdom, as well as the most versatile. I like to call it the general practitioner of the crystal world as it works with all chakras. Clear quartz is also known as white quartz or milky quartz when it has an abundance of interior veils and planes. Often crystals will have a mixture of different clarities throughout the interior. Quartz crystals are graded on their clarity, luster, and overall condition of the stone, with the higher degrees of clarity being more valuable. It is interesting to note that although chemically the same, quartz from different regions vibrates with subtle differences. Quartz attracts and enables you to use more life force energy. Have it around you, on you, or in elixir form, in you! Quartz seeks to bring balance on all our bodies’ levels. Quartz has the ability to receive, store and send energy, this makes it a powerful manifestation tool.

Hold/gaze into the crystal, put your thought/need (what you wish to manifest) into the crystal, the crystal receives the thought (and the feeling behind the thought) then stores and transmits those thoughts and feelings into the ethers. Thus, even while you’re not thinking about that particular manifestation, the crystal is still putting it out. Thus drawing your manifestation towards you at a much greater rate than before. Power tools, you have to love ‘em!

Many refer to this process as programming; many books state that a crystal can hold only one program. They have just found a way to store terabytes of data into a single bubble that makes up the mist you see in the Quartz. My feeling is that Quartz crystals can in fact hold and run more programs than we could give in a life time! Quartz is one of the most flexible crystal tools around. It is very responsive to our intent, what you intend is what you get, to this point it is also one of the most powerful tools and should be treated as such.
