Quartz crystals never cease to amaze me with their unique formations. While you come across crystals are similar, no two are alike. This is a beautiful large clear quartz crystal from Brazil. The interior has stunning clarity, with just a few minor veils and planes floating within. Her exterior has gentle etchings and light glyphs, including several record keepers which adorn the faces. Her termination is in the channeler configuration which is a powerful combination with the record keepers. Sitting at her side are several companion crystals. There is a bit of damage here, possible when another crystal was cleaved away. A minor bruise at her termination is also present, but otherwise she is in fantastic shape. Her base is covered in etching created from the matrix she was sitting in. These marking shimmer in the light brimming with secrets.

The channeling quartz crystal is recognized by the configuration of a large 7-sided face, located in the center front position of the terminated end of the crystal; a triangular face is located on the opposite (backside) side of the crystal. The seven of the one crystal face represents precision within the intuitive realm of the higher mind and the analytical understanding inherent in the mental and physical bodies. It is symbolic of the student, the professor, the mystic, and the seeker of wisdom. The triangular face on the opposing side provides for creative and innovative verbalization of inner truths. The "three" represents the both prerogative and the power of speech and the ability to both creatively and joyously express the self. In this configuration, the "seven" represents the accessibility of innate wisdom and the "three" represents the ability of manifestation and verbal communication. The combination represents initiative and the interdependence between the world of the physical self and the perfection of "All That Is".

A crystal that has pyramidal or triangular shaped symbols that are either engraved into or are raised on one or more of a crystal faces is called a Record Keeper (RK) or Recorder. These symbols are not easily seen and usually need to be searched out by looking at the crystal in a bright light while closely examining the faces. It is interesting to note that although chemically the same, quartz from different regions vibrates with subtle differences. Quartz attracts and enables you to use more life force energy. Quartz has the ability to receive, store and send energy, this makes it a powerful manifestation tool.

Hold/gaze into the crystal, put your thought/need (what you wish to manifest) into the crystal, the crystal receives the thought (and the feeling behind the thought) then stores and transmits those thoughts and feelings into the ethers. Thus, even while you’re not thinking about that particular manifestation, the crystal is still putting it out. Thus drawing your manifestation towards you at a much greater rate than before. Power tools, you have to love ‘em!

Many refer to this process as programming; many books state that a crystal can hold only one program. They have just found a way to store terabytes of data into a single bubble that makes up the mist you see in the Quartz. My feeling is that Quartz crystals can in fact hold and run more programs than we could give in a life time! Quartz is one of the most flexible crystal tools around.
