I can't help but think of a large hand when I look at this formation, with the large strong fingers being crossed by a thick "thumb", which makes me think of the mudras (hand gestures) used in many Eastern practices. This gentle yet strong spirit helps to calm the mind and focus the spirit for deep and personal healing. Although it may not be pleasant to focus on the darker aspects of the past, bringing them to the light helps release their hold and let the healing begin. Acknowledge, let go and then move on; take your time, do not focus on too much at once. Small steps will produce greater healing. Their gentle and compassionate energy will fold you in a net of warmth and safety, helping to calm your fears. Overcoming your fears will unlock your heart chakra allowing you to spread your wings and grow.

Every once in awhile we find stunning large crystals, or even better families such as this one. The crystals are just beautiful with a a lovely mauve glow to the phantoms that have formed near the terminations. It gives the entire formation a soft mauve hue. From the back you can see some of the terminations are still in the process of enclosing the the phantoms within. Although there has been much bruising of this beautiful spirit, it is healing, and the beauty and energy remain undiminished. If anything these healing areas add strength and compassion to the energy.

A crystal is considered self healed when a partial piece of crystal or a complete crystal has sustained damage, yet continues to grow afterwards. Self-healing comes in many guises, usually where a crystal has been severed from its original growing condition, but can also occur where crystals have been bumped and bruised too. A self-healed crystal can be identified by the intricate etchings and/or multiple faces which emerge from the damaged areas. Hold/gaze into the crystal, put your thought/need (what you wish to manifest) into the crystal, the crystal receives the thought (and the feeling behind the thought) then stores and transmits those thoughts and feelings into the ethers. Thus, even while you’re not thinking about that particular manifestation, the crystal is still putting it out. Thus drawing your manifestation towards you at a much greater rate than before.
